Day Two - Mango Grove
Woke up to discover that someone had been messing with my speedster’s engine overnight! I suspect government agents, but they've got nothing against me at the moment, and I’ve managed to get my second report through. Anyway, after checking the engine to make sure nothing was damaged, I drove to Mango Grove. A piece of track needed fixing in the siding, and I finished at 10:56. I decided to have my 11:00 snack and took a photo of the cab.

The clock is also a radio which I can use to tune into the local radio station (Sea View FM), listen to CDs and contact my friends.

I drove to the Wye at Coconut Island and fixed some track there, finishing at 13:15. I had my lunch, turned round and ran back to Oasis Depot. Feeling hot, I put on my swimming trunks and had a quick dip in the oasis. I was floating on the surface watching the seagulls, when I suddenly noticed a square box half buried in the sand with a square satellite dish spinning in the centre! I dashed back to the speedster, grabbed my camera, and took some photos.

Getting out of the water and changing back into my jeans and shirt, I drove on into the depot siding, because there was a train coming in the other direction. I stopped next to this warehouse, which I asked my friend to photograph.

Getting out the speedster, I managed to get this photo of a chemical tin. On closer inspection, I found it was the very same tin I took a photo of at Soggy Island yesterday!

I found this tunnel hidden
somewhere. I can't say where, because I think this is something to do with the government, and I don't want to risk getting arrested more than I can help it!
I went through the tunnel and on the other side was...

...a reversal wye.

Turning round on it, I went back to Mango Grove and reversed into a siding. The stationmaster offered to let me sleep in his office. I accepted the offer and am now sitting in his office, in my sleeping bag, typing up this report. It's comfortable and warm in here, and it'll make a very nice change from sleeping in the cab of my speedster!
Now, I'm going to hide my laptop in my toolbox, which I've brought in, and because no one but me knows the code to open it, it’s safe.
